Utah Dancers Join Forces for
Haiti Relief

Utah’s premier dance teams, Precision Dance Camps, NuSkin Jazz Dancers and the Utah Flash Pinnacle Dancers, have joined forces to raise money to contribute aid to the victims of the crisis in Haiti through Dancers for Haiti, a master class fundraiser.

Dancers for Haiti will be held on Saturday, Feb. 6 from noon to 2 p.m. at the I.J. and Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center, 2 North Medical Drive, in Salt Lake City. The class is open for all dancers and the level will be for intermediate and advanced dancers.  For a suggested donation of $10, participants will learn from nationally acclaimed dancers and have an opportunity to win prizes, all while contributing to much needed relief.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to LDS Humanitarian Services, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ humanitarian aid program. LDS Humanitarian Services has already sent hundreds of thousands of pounds of relief supplies to Haiti, and the proceeds from Dancers for Haiti will help to provide more.

This is an open event, for dancers and non-dancers alike, so please invite other guests to attend. For more information contact Brooke Clawson at info@precisiondancecamps.com or 801.836.5782. For more information on LDS Humanitarian Services relief efforts for Haiti, please visit www.LDS.org.

A special thanks to I.J. and Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center for donating their beautiful facility for this event.
